BRIEF:​

• Complete refurbishment of all finishes and fittings (including sanitary ware) of 7 sets of male/female toilets. The 7 sets of toilets are located at Halls 8-9,11, ICC Hall and adjacent to the Wedding Hall. 

• The refurbishment works include demolition works and site preparation, finishing works and MEP works to the existing toilets.
