BRIEF:

• As the success of ADNEC continues and more and larger events are held at ADNEC, in order to enhance the experience of the public visitors who are arriving in ADNEC, the public toilets are to be refurbished as part of an overall upgrading of the ADNEC venue.

• The complete refurbishment of all finishes and fittings (including sanitary ware) to an initial 15 sets of male/female toilets. The 15 sets of toilets are located at Halls 1-5, the Atrium and the Grandstand Building

• The refurbishment works include demolition works and site preparation, finishing works and MEP works to the existing toilets.
