BRIEF:

• NYU Downtown campus includes two 3-story Buildings connected by an enclosed bridge and set in a garden.

• In an innovative construction process, the buildings were manufactured in a factory in Turkey and delivered in modules to the downtown site. The modules were then assembled and connected to utilities.

• Scope includes Design, Construction, of Modular buildings, FFE, External works, AV/IT systems and landscaped gardens.
