BRIEF:

• Includes for Construction of new two-level conference facilities to incorporate new meeting room spaces along with the refurbishment of the existing auditorium, male washrooms and installation of a new elevator.

• Coordination of new services integration with existing  building systems of wedding hall. Striping the existing interior floor, wall and ceiling elements and replaced with new materials throughout the lobby passage areas and majilis area. Installing external fabric sun shade to match the existing structure.

• Al so includes roads, car parking and landscaping works.
